Oct. 13-14: Fall Festival at Bath Church

Bath United Church of Christ will hold its Fall Festival on Friday, Oct. 13, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 14, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the church, 3980 W. Bath Rd. The festival includes over a thousand holiday decorations, a pet shop, a garden store with wreaths and birdhouses, thousands of books for sale, several artisans (baskets, chocolates, jewelry, photography), a baked goods shop, a silent auction of 60 baskets and homemade meals by congregants.

 

There will be a homemade a la carte lunch from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. A homemade dinner will be featured Oct. 13. There will be reserved seating at 5, 6 and 7 p.m. Cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children. Dinner includes ham, potatoes, salad, green beans and pumpkin cobbler. Music will be provided by Sandy Roeger and friends.

 

Blood pressures will be taken on  Friday from 10 a.m.-noon. Flu shots will be given Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon. Joe Frohnapfel will demonstrate the art of wood carving with his chainsaws on Friday and Saturday.Kids’ activities Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. include pumpkin decorating and Halloween crafts. Maggie’s Mission of Dog Rescues will be have dogs for adoption.
