The Richfield Brewery Memorial Walk and Wishing Well was completed in November and memorial bricks will be available to purchase after the brewery opens. December service projects include buying Christmas gifts for a needy family in the Adopt-A-Family program, delivering underwear and shampoo to the Hope and Healing Center, and the annual bell ringing and manning the Salvation Army donation bucket at the Acme Fresh Market in Montrose.
The Bath-Richfield Kiwanis meets on Thursday evenings, 6-7:30 p.m. in Richfield. Meetings include dinner and great speakers. Non-member guests are invited to attend. New members are always welcome.
Schedule for December:
Dec. 5 – Board meeting at Bath Church at 8 a.m. and wrap gifts for Adopt-A-Family.
Dec.6 and 7 – Salvation Army bell ringing with Revere Key Club at Acme in Montrose.
Dec. 12 – No meeting, Kiwanis Christmas party.
Dec. 19 – Members only meeting with former International President Alan Penn at 6 p.m. in Richfield Masonic Hall.
Dec. 26 – No meeting, Christmas holiday.
