Superintendent’s Listening and Learning Tour

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our staff, families, students and community members for your enthusiastic participation in the Superintendent’s Listening and Learning Tour. These sessions have been going exceptionally well, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and hearing about what you love about our school district, as well as your ideas for improvement.

We have several new sessions scheduled for after the new year, and I encourage you to sign up to attend in person, virtually, or host a session, if you have not already done so. In the spring, I plan to report the trends that I have heard and possible next steps based on your valuable feedback.

Board of Education Appreciation Month

January is Board of Education Appreciation Month, and I want to extend my deepest thanks to our dedicated team of five board members: Keith Malick, president; Courtney Stein, vice president; and members Hayden Hajdu, Natalie Rainey and Kasha Brackett. One unique characteristic of our board is that all five members have children in our schools, which brings a special level of connection and commitment to their service. Their leadership and support are instrumental in shaping the success of our district.

Reflecting on the First Half of the Year

As I reflect on the first half of the school year, I continue to feel incredibly blessed to lead this wonderful school district. Your unwavering support and dedication make all the difference. Communication is at the heart of our success.

I encourage you to stay connected through our district’s website, ParentSquare and social media channels. To learn about events in our schools and community, sign up for Flyer Place which is delivered to your inbox every Friday during the school year: revereschools.org/administration/ communications/the-flyer-place.

Wishing you and your families a happy and healthy 2025!
