To the Editor:

The Bath Volunteers for Service 6th annual “Trivia and Tacos” was a resounding success thanks to our ticket holders, sponsors, donors and members. This event, held at St. George’s in Copley, quickly sold out. Those fortunate enough to snag a ticket enjoyed a fun-filled evening of trivia challenges, a delicious meal featuring a taco bar and margaritas and the company of smart, clever and quick-thinking teammates and competitors.

Proceeds from the evening netted $11,200, all of which will be returned to the greater Akron community through grants to qualified nonprofits in need. BVS members are delighted and grateful to everyone who took part in the event this year. We hope to see you in November 2024 when we do it again.
