Medicare information session

There are always questions about Medicare and the Brecksville Department of Human Services wants to help. The department will welcome Sarah Florimonte, a representative from the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program in Columbus, on Monday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m.

The program will provide information on original Medicare and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, as well as Advantage plans and supplemental plans. It is geared toward pre-retirees and those already on.

This session precedes this year’s Medicare open enrollment period, which runs from Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, for those looking to change plans for coverage for 2025. Those who plan to attend are asked to RSVP to the Human Services Center prior to the event. ∞
