Zoning commission member appointed

Aug. 21 special township trustees meeting

Sagamore Hills trustees appointed Chris Wojkiewicz to the zoning commission, taking the place of Dennis Witkiewicz, who is resigning for personal reasons.

Wojkiewicz is a 36-year resident of the township and submitted a letter of interest to be on the zoning commission. He will serve the remainder of Witkiewicz’s term, which runs through 2027, and trustees said they hope he continues on after that.

Trustees appoint zoning commission members, not current commission members. Wojkiewicz is the third new zoning commission member this year, along with Jay Wahl and Carol Lewis, both of whom were recommended for trustee appointment by outgoing zoning commission members Dr. David Koncal and Dr. Robert Woodruff. ∞
