Akron-Summit Council on Holocaust and Genocide Education (Oct. 15)

Akron-Summit Council on Holocaust and Genocide Education presents “Echoes of the Holocaust: Antisemitism Then and Now” on Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Akron-Summit County Public Library, 60 S Main Street, Akron. The event will focus on the history of antisemitism, how it continues to impact the world today, and what people can do about it in classrooms and beyond. It will include an educational session by local Holocaust educator Barb White and a panel discussion moderated by WKYC senior reporter Leon Bibb, which includes educators, Holocaust experts, second generation Holocaust survivors and community activists.
