Bath-Richfield Kiwanis

October starts a new Kiwanis year and we welcome the new management team: President Barb Bailey, President-Elect Jeff Sprungl, Secretary Sue Ann Philipbbar and Treasurer Terry Bennett.

The Kiwanis will participate in the “Fall Into Nature” event at the Bath Nature Preserve on Oct. 5. Bike safety will be discussed and free bike helmets will be distributed to kids while supply lasts. Our club sponsors the Summit County Aktion Club. The Kiwanis is working with the Aktion Club on a service project to distribute children’s books to kids in need.

Bath-Richfield Kiwanis meets on Thursday evenings, 6-7:30 p.m. in Richfield at Fellowship Hall. Meetings include dinner and great speakers. Non-member guests are invited to attend.
