The Heart of Revere, a nonprofit that supports struggling families in the Bath and Richfield communities, is partnering with Lynch Creek Farm for a holiday fundraiser.

By purchasing an evergreen wreath, garland, centerpiece, home décor or tabletop tree from Lynch Creek Farm, Heart of Revere will receive a 15% payout for each sale. Orders are due Dec. 15 and proceeds will support Revere Local School district students and residents.
