Snow was celebrated at Snowbird Festival

The weather was perfect with plenty of snow for the annual Snowbird Festival, hosted by the Village of Richfield, Richfield Township and Richfield Joint Recreation District.  Attendees enjoyed sledding and hiking in Richfield Heritage Preserve, a live animal presentation from the Akron Zoo and dogs from the Siberian Husky Club of Greater Cleveland. In addition they were offered face painting, crafts, outdoor games, live painting by Ereny, and story time and Bingo hosted by the Richfield Library. Chili from Teschner’s Tavern, grilled hot dogs, cookies and cupcakes from Especially Confections were served.
